Itinerary:
The COC is unable to attract a team to form a Board for the next term. This meeting is the kick-off discussion regarding creating a "not a non-profit" spin-off club to salvage the COC club and community.

This meeting is primarily for "Spin-Off Committee" members. If you're not on the committee but would like to be, please feel free to sign up for this kick-off.

  2. Establish and assign Sub-Committees
  3. Establish follow-up meetings for this main committee:
    1. Early April (before my extended absence)
    2. Mid-July (after my extended absence)
