We will be more than happy to see you at another event once it is considered safe for you to do so! Failure to comply with this requirement may result in removal from this event and/or future events.

See our COVID-19 Policy for complete information.

Sunshine Village is participating in the Restrictions Exemption Program. Proof of vaccination or negative Covid test is required to access the lifts and facilities on the hill, and masks (not buffs or neck warmers) must be worn at all times while inside buildings, on the gondola and on the Teepee chairlift. Please visit Ski Banff for more information.

This trip is intended for all levels of skiers and boarders who are patient and understand that this may involve a bit of trial and error until we figure out the best way to coordinate trips with the current situation. :) If you are up for the challenge, come on out!

Things to note for this trip:
* there will be no official carpool
* members can set up ride-shares if they wish
* the event will begin at 9 a.m. at the hill
* meeting place: the firepit at the gondola base

We will meet as a group at 9 a.m. dressed and ready to head up the hill. We will start with a few warmup runs on Wolverine and then sort ourselves into smaller leveled groups. We will set our break and lunch times / places before heading off. Bags can be stowed on the racks inside the warm up tent while you ski / ride. Feel free to bring or buy your lunch - your coordinator will be brown bagging it. Because it's early season and there is no carpool, the event will officially end at 3 p.m. but those who still have the legs to continue are welcome to stay longer.

New skier or boarder? You are welcome to join us if you can use the chairlifts independently and do controlled turns and stops on green terrain.
