Itinerary:

PLEASE NOTE: This event is for volunteers and coordinators ONLY.

Your participation and feedback is being called upon for some urgent and extremely important issues the club is currently facing.

The board was unable to come to a majority decision at the last Executive board meeting with respect to a proposed "club re-opening" date, which results in the club being unable to proceed with relaunching events. The re-opening of the club was being considered with guidelines and restrictions that would meet and/or exceed the Provincial government guidelines currently in place as well as revised guidelines pending for June 1, 2020.

This will be an online session to bring volunteers up to speed on where the club sits regarding the Covid situation and an update on the financial situation, including the ending of fee collection from coordinators.

In addition to giving an update from the board, this will be an opportunity to give feedback and give an interactive session.
We will cover the topics listed in the itinerary below and then have a Q&A on each topic.

Itinerary.
- Lifting of Covid suspension.
- Temporary restrictions to maintain health and safety of club members.
- Event fees are ending.
- FREE events for June.
- New annual membership fee structure.
- Online payments via website mean no coordinator collection required.
- Coordinator participation.

This will be an online event and a previously planned open air meeting is cancelled following the deadlock in relaunching activity.
We are currently arranging a meeting using the Zoom platform. Please download the Zoom app and we will email the invite to participants ahead of the meeting.

These challenging times are having a negative effect on most people, and the COC is similarly negatively effected. The club faces a huge financial and participatory impact and our volunteers deserve an opportunity to be updated and give feedback.
This is an important meeting to participate in, please sign up.
