Easy, short scramble. Due to the early season, there are no known Kananaskis avalanche reports at this time in Kananaskis, however, considering early snowfall, we will proceed with caution.

Please Note: All participants MUST bring HELMET, MICRO SPIKES, MOUNTAIN AXE, SNOWSHOES.

We'll be going at a moderate pace. You are expected to have hiked/scrambled the distance and the elevation in the past 2 months.

The coordinator has not done this trip before so route finding might be possible.

- Water-2L MINIMUM, MORE if hot
- Lunch & snacks
- Proper hiking boots
- Head lamp
- Helmet
- Microspikes
- Mountain Axe
- Snowshoes
- "Winter Up": Gortex gear & clothes for varying weather conditions (rain and snow)
- Sunglasses / sun tan lotion
- Plastic bag for your dirty hiking boots
- Spare clothes
- Change to pay your driver
