Itinerary:
We'll do an in and out on the High Rockies trail
I haven't done this trail before so we may do a bit of route finding.
We will be going at a moderate pace with stop breaks to regroup.

This trail has lots of rocks and fun challenges but is not suitable for new riders, and requires a good degree of physical fitness.

When you sign up please let me know how many bikes and people you can accomodate.

After the ride we will see if we can get in to see the Mtn bike race at the Canmore Nordic Center. May have to park elsewhere and ride our bikesin. Elite Womens race is at 1pm and Mens at 3pm

Required Items to Bring:
- Helmet **NO EXCEPTIONS**
- lunch and water
- Tools, Tube and Pump
- Clothing for all weather conditions
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
- Vehicle with bike rack If we don't have enough bike racks people with racks will be given priority.

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $66.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.30, effective Friday, April 19, 2024). This is based on $0.16/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divide by 9. Alternately your carpool driver may choose to split the maintenance cost plus the actual gas cost among all in the vehicle. Your carpool driver will confirm exactly how much money they require to cover costs. Please split the actual cost among all people in the vehicle.
