The plan is to walk east to approx 78 St NW and cross bridges to the north side of the river, stop by the retention ponds, then head west to Baker Park, then cross under the Stoney Trail Bridge, then return through Bowness Park to the pavilion. The route is approx. 8 km and should take about 3 hours.

Please be prepared for some changes to the route if required as there may be mud or large pools of water on sections of the trail.

We will be walking at a slow pace with stops for pictures, to have a snack and to enjoy the view.
