....and that's a wrap on the longest day of the year folks so I guess the countdown to winter is officially on!! lol We had a small but friendly group on tonight's scenic ride around the reservoir where we spotted some deer and a busy beaver hard at work in the weaselhead. Before heading home we stopped for some well deserved refreshments on a patio at Glenmore Landing.
FYI: the lower pathway and popular lookout point on the south side of the reservoir is closed for shoreline stabilization and construction of new stairway between the lower and upper pathways. We also noticed the first 4 holes of the North Glenmore Park disc golf course are still out of commission as well. What is it they say about Calgary again? Oh ya, we have 2 seasons...winter & construction. lol
