Write Up:
It was a gorgeous afternoon for a round of disc golf today at Big Marlborough Park, Calgary's newest course. Barely open a week now, it features 12 holes with tonals instead of baskets but was surprisingly fun and an interesting challenge from the norm. It was definitely a unique experience in that we were all first timers here and nobody had a clue how they'd make out. In the end everyone made some memorable shots but it was Marc (a.k.a. The Bird Man) who impressed the most with no less than 5 birdies on his scorecard earning him the highly coveted Green Jacket! Congratulations to Marc and everyone else on a well played game today.
